Authorities from Kill Devil Hills, N.C., are on the hunt for Luis Rodriguez, a Honduran national who is wanted for felony death by motor vehicle, felony injury by motor vehicle, and driving while intoxicated. Authorities say Rodriguez ran a red flashing warning night while driving drunk, striking another vehicle, killing one passenger, and injuring three others.
