Authorities say 48-year-old Almaleki was last seen driving westbound on Peoria Avenue on October 20, 2009 around 2 p.m.
They say he was behind the wheel of a gray or silver 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Arizona license plate ADS-9192.
“Right now he’s still outstanding,” said Peoria Police Detective Chris Boughey. “We’re not quite sure exactly where he might be. He could have possibly fled the state of Arizona.”
