Cops say Omar Cohall, who was diagnosed with Schizophrenia, was arrested at a homeless shelter. Cohall was wanted out of New York for allegedly killing his sister.

Police say Cohall, who is a diagnosed schizophrenic, had never been violent, but on March 3, 2012, he beat his sister to death with a wooden chair and fled the state of New York.
