According to the FBI, the fugitives pictured below are some of the world's most dangerous men, responsible for thousands of deaths and global campaigns of terror. All have been indicted by sitting United States Federal Grand Juries.

From hijacking airliners and bombing U.S. military installations abroad to planning the attacks of 9/11, their alleged crimes are among the most heinous we've ever seen.
