Who scares you the most?
This time of year, a lot of people enjoy dressing up like monsters and poking fun at things that go bump in the night. Here at America's Most Wanted, we know all about the real monsters out there. So this month, we've profiled some of the scariest fugitives we've ever gone after.
In the following video blogs, AMW producers will tell you about the monsters who keep them up at night and haunt their nightmares.
We asked you to tell us which AMW fugitives frighten YOU the most, and many of you wrote in with your personal scary stories. Thanks to everybody who participated -- and thanks to all of you for being part of our manhunt.
I think AMW's most frightening fugitive is Andre Neverson. Andre is an absolute monster. In 2002, he killed his own sister because of a dispute over money. I mean that is just silly and only a true monster would do something like that. He didn't stop his rampage at that. A couple days later he killed his ex-girlfriend because of a recent breakup. Andre Neverson basically takes pride in killing people and I think it is scary that he is still on the streets. If I met him in a dark alley, I would not expect to live.

Robert Fisher would probably win first prize for being the scariest fugitive that AMW has ever profiled. The man did not want to seek a divorce, so he killed his wife (very brutally) and his own children and then set their bodies on fire to hide his crime. That should scare everyone in North America that a man is so cold, so mean that he would kill his own wife, who gave birth to their two children and then he killed his own children. A father is supposed to protect his children, not kill them. So Robert Fisher scares me more than any halloween ghost or ghoul and the scariest thing about him is that he is still on run and in society and he could kill again.

The monster who scares me the most is the killer or killers of Baltimore attorney Jonathan Paul Luna. He was found dead on December 4, 2003. This case baffles me and I never hear about it in the media.
-Bruce (Atlanta, GA)Alfredo Lopez-Cruz: Illegal Immigrant who raped a 9-year-old girl in Hamilton, Ohio, before fleeing to my town - Lima, only to disappear again before LE could track him down. Would love nothing more than to see him tracked down and brought to justice.
-Lilo (Lima, OH)I think that Alexis Flores is one of the scariest fugitives AMW has ever profiled. Ironically, I think the thing that makes him such a frightening character is his apparent ability to make himself appear to be unthreatening. In the case of the little girl he is accused of murdering, witnesses have stated that the girl was seen walking with Flores hand-in-hand before she disappeared. He also was able to gain the trust of a man in the neighborhood, who offered him shelter in exchange for work. To look at his picture, one would never suspect that Flores could be a child-killer. And that is exactly what makes him so scary. He could be your next-door neighbor and you would never suspect a thing. It's enough to keep you awake at night.
-Dan (Tampa, FL)Jose Garcia is one of the creepiest fugitives I have ever seen profiled on AMW. It was scary enough when he spied on his coworker when she was using the restroom, and even scarier when he started going through her personal items and stealing her belongings. But then he actually goes over to her house, breaks in, and rapes her in front of her sleeping child. His victim could've been anybody, which makes him even more unpredictable. He's definitely a very twisted individual, and it's even scarier because he hasn't been captured yet. I'm hoping his days on the run come to an end very soon.
-Peter (Chicago, IL)
The one guy that scares me more than anyone else on your website is the Unknown Billy Brossman Killer. I have been working in overnight retail for 17 years and am currently located in Indiana, and in all that time I have never seen a more scary individual than him. Please profile this guy so we can get him off the streets.
James Bell is the fugitive that scares me the most. The young girls he abused said that Bell would yell at them for being underdeveloped, some of them as young as 9-years-old. Bell would make the girls undress in front of him and then he would grab and humiliate them.
-Jade (North Andover, MA)
The case of Anatoliy Valenko and Vladimir Balachov is definitely one of the freakiest things I've come across on your site. The cops just kept finding different body parts scattered across two states. A man's severed head was washed up on the beach, a woman's leg was floating in the ocean, while two suitcases with torsoes were found in the woods. The two Russian fugitives used a circular saw to dismember their victims....... its like something out of "Texas Chainsaw."
