John Walsh Hosts The Annual NAPO Top Cops Awards

Each year, the National Association of Police Organizations hosts the Top Cop awards, a gala honoring law enforcement officers whose extraordinary efforts carry above and beyond the call of duty.

A group of Top Cops are selected from each state and U.S. territory, from a group of peer-nominated officers recognized for their outstanding actions. The star-studded event features a mix of law officers, lawmakers, and those actors who represent the law on our favorite TV police procedurals. 
 
John Walsh has the honor of hosting the event, recogonizing the difficulty of narrowing down the nominees because, as he states, "they are all Top Cops."
