Behind The Scenes With John Walsh: 50 Fugitives, 50 States

This week, John Walsh and America's Most Wanted take on the entire country's worth of criminals by shining the spotlight on 50 fugitives in 50 states.

"We profile a guy in every state," John says. "Last 50/50 show, we caught two-thirds of the fugitives, so these are pretty exciting shows. We roll out a huge number of bad guys and ask our viewers to respond, and they've been phenomenal." 

Throughout the show, we’ll be checking in with John Walsh as he hosts from the Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC) near Riverside, Calif. AMOC is where U.S. airspace and the American borders are monitored day and night, and John is going to give viewers an exclusive inside look into how the U.S. Customs and Border Protection helps keep the country safe from smugglers and terrorists. 

John talks about his home state of Florida, and how bad guys try to get in through the Gulf, as well as other coastal states like California. 

The AMOC crew has a huge, 24-hour responsibility, so tune in this Saturday to see how it all goes down.
