Police say two brothers gunned down an 18-year-old boy outside his residence, and neither suspected gunman Kenny Xayakesone nor his brother have been seen since.

Police in Fort Smith, Ark. are searching for 22-year-old Kenny Xayakesone. Police tell us that on July 4, 2004, Xayakesone and three other men -- Keimty Xayakesone, Kenny's brother, Peter Phomphiphak and Christopher Sisouphanh -- went to the home of 18-year-old Adelio Romero and killed him.
Police say the four men never got out of their car to commit the heinous act. Witnesses say they just opened fire as the drove by Adelio's home located in the 3600 block of Wilma's Street in Fort Smith.
Witnesses told police that a red or maroon four-door car drove down the street very slowly. When they say Adelio outside a neighbor's home, they opened fire from the car and sped off.
Police were called to the scene, but the suspects had fled. Adelio was rushed to a local hospital, but died later that night.
Police were able to locate Peter Phomphipak and Christopher Sisouphan; they pled guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Capital Murder and were sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Police are still looking for the two Xayakesone brothers, Kenny and Keimty. Police say the brothers have ties to California, Missouri, Texas and Kansas.
