Cops say in April 2006 two young sisters approached their mother and revealed a terrible secret: for several months, they say, they were repeatedly taken advantage of by Jaime Alberto Barba. Devastated, their mother reported these atrocities to the police, and Barba took off.
Police believe that Barba may have fled to Mexico or Texas, but it is also possible that he is hiding out in Spartanburg S.C., where he had worked in the past. He has experience in construction, and in masonry and concrete.
Barba has a tattoo of two hands praying and "(Roman)" on his forearm. He tends to have a mustache, and has worn his hair short or pulled back in a ponytail. He was last seen driving a Dodge Durango.
The victims' family fears that while Barba is on the loose, he may harm other innocent minors. Worse still, they fear he may come after the two young sisters. The victims' family and the police are asking for your help in tracking down this dangerous accused child molester.
