Police: "Flaco" Could Be In Texas Or Kansas

Cops need the public’s help in tracking down an illegal alien accused of committing a despicable crime: molesting an innocent 4-year-old girl.

Authorities say Daniel Evaristo Hernandez-Ramos dragged the young girl behind some bushes at an apartment complex, where they say he sexually assaulted her to the point where medical attention was necessary.

Police say Hernandez-Ramos hasn’t been seen since mid-August 2009, when a warrant for his arrest was issued.

Cops say he was arrested in Mission, Texas back in May 2008 for illegal entry into the United States and was then deported to his native Honduras.

Authorities say Hernandez-Ramos snuck back into the country though, and had been staying in a “flophouse” in Aurora, Colo.

They think he could be in the United States, working in construction, doing roofing jobs, or working as a mechanic.

Police say the suspect frequents bars with a large Hispanic population and likes to hang out in parks.  They say Hernandez-Ramos also goes by the name “Chico” or “Flaco.”

Cops describe Hernandez-Ramos as standing 5’6” tall and weighing 160 lbs.  They say he keeps his black hair closely cropped and almost always wears a hat.  They describe Hernandez-Ramos’ eyes as appearing “Asian.”  They also say he’s a “loud talker” with a voice that carries and speaks fairly good English.

Authorities think Hernandez-Ramos could be in Texas, Kansas or Colorado. 

They say he was last seen wearing a “Barcelona” red and blue soccer, black jeans, and a black “Nike” hat.  They think he has a tattoo of flames and a heart with the name "Daniel" on his left arm or shoulder.
