In February 2002, cops in Pennsylvania allege that Blaine Smith admitted to assaulting and raping a three-year-old girl left in his care.
Columbia Borough, Pa. police had initially arrested Smith on a probation violation, though he was released before his new charges could stick.
Smith fled the state in April 2002, before he was arraigned on the child's rape.
Police recovered Blaine's vehicle in Chicago, Ill., and haven't seen or heard from him since.
Smith has ties to Florida, but he could be anywhere.

Hours after a tipster called in with urgent information regarding Smith’s whereabouts, the Pennsylvania State Police reached out to US Marshals in Chicago, Il.
Around 8:00am on November 14, Pennsylvania State Police and the US Marshals coordinated the arrest of Blaine Smith, an alleged child rapist who had been on the run for seven long years.
In Bedford Park, Il., US Marshals moved on Smith’s suspected location. Authorities arrested him without complication.
