Suspects In Arizona Border Agent's Death Still At-Large
A federal indictment unsealed May 6, 2011, named the sole suspect the government has in custody related to the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. Manuel Osorio-Arellanes faces 14 counts, including second-degree murder. But his codefendants are still on the loose -- one of whom authorities accuse of firing the fatal shot.

Authorities say Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry confronted five men near Rio Rico, Ariz., on the evening of Dec. 14, 2010. They say a shootout occurred, and there is still one man at-large.
