Murder charges were filed Wednesday against two men who claimed they survived a hijacking at sea.
Federal prosecutors in Miami, Fla. say 19-year-old Guillermo Zarabozo and 35-year-old Kirby Logan Archer killed the crew they hired to take them to Bimini, 40 miles away, on September 22. Archer and Zarabozo chartered the fishing vessel "Joe Cool" and were found floating on a life raft not far from the craft. U.S. Attorney R. Alexander Acosta said it was unlikely that the crew's bodies would ever be recovered.
