Dental records have confirmed that that a body pulled from Vermont's Otter Creek is that of missing Middlebury College student Nicholas Garza. Cops suspect Garza who vanished from campus in February of 2008 fell into the lake and drowned. Police are not ruling out any possibilities as to how Garza died but the autopsy report shows no signs of foul play. Investigators are still trying to figure out how Garza ended up in the creek.

On May 27, 2008, rescuers canvassing the area noticed something suspicious floating in the water among some debris beneath a waterfall. When rescuers took a closer look cops say they found a badly decomposed body that had been in the water for a while. A wallet containing Garza's identification card was found inside a pair of pants on the body.
