Smuggling drugs, weapons and illegal aliens is big business along U.S. shores, and since 2005, more than 30 innocent people have died at sea near Florida's coast in the smuggling trade. Now, cops need your help to find one operation's suspected ringleader.

- Devon Russell may be hanging out on marinas, docks or anywhere that involves boating. Detectives say Russell is familiar with boating and has allegedly recruited men and women from the islands in and around the Bahamas for smuggling into the U.S. via Florida. Russell may be recruiting still.
