An unsuspecting man in Waco, Texas left the comfort of his home to check the fuse box, after his power went out. It appears that the blackout was intentional, and cops say Manuel Robinson and an accomplice killed the helpless victim.

On June 2, 2008 Charles White was lounging at home, when the power to his house suddenly went out. According to Charles' family, he left the house to check the fuse box and was working to restore the electricity.
While his family eagerly awaited inside, two other people were waiting outside, in the dark.
When Charles walked around to the back of the house, where the fuse-box was located, police say he was caught off-guard by two assailants: Raheem Abdullah Watkins and Manuel Louis Robinson.
According to authorities, Watkins and Robinson assaulted Charles with a rifle, killing him in his own backyard.
At the scene of the crime, police investigators discovered shell casings, pieces of a rifle, and DNA evidence.
After analyzing the DNA, Police were able to identify and arrest Watkins; Robinson, however, is still at large.
Manuel Robinson was arrested on February 12, 2009 by Dallas police officers.
At around 4:30 a.m., a disturbance compliant was registered and law enforcement officials who responded to the call discovered Robinson there.
Despite efforts to withhold his identity, Dallas police were able to identify him and notified the U.S. Marshals. With Robinson finally behind bars, all the suspects in this case have been rounded up.
