D.C. Man Wanted For Deadly Stabbing Outside Women's Shelter

D.C. Police say Richard Morton is armed and dangerous, and they have charged him with murder. Cops say Morton attacked a woman, with a knife, as she stood on the front porch of the House of Ruth shelter for domestic violence victims. The victim was able to crawl inside and tell her friends who attacked her just before she took her last breath.
