Claudia Cabrera Hit,Run,Suspect,Pleads,Guilty Hit And Run Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

30-year-old mother of five, Claudia Cabrera was arrested on April 2, 2009 on gross vehicular manslaughter charges stemming from her alleged involvement in the deadly hit and run that took the life of USC student, Adrianna Bachan. Days later, Cabrera appeared in court and pleaded not guilty. On April 18, 2009, cops arrested Cabrera's husband and alleged partner-in-crime, Josue Luna, as he tried to re-enter the U.S. from Mexico.
