On June 30, 2007, cops say Danny and Patricia McCowns were killed by Brian Dale Andrews, three-time convicted drunk driver.
The McCowns were on their way back from buying their granddaughter a birthday gift when their car was slammed into.
Brian Andrews is responsible for a head-on DUI accident on June 30, 2007 which killed a husband and wife. At the time of the accident, Andrews was under a five year driving revocation for a DUI incident that occurred in 2004.
