Israel Moreno cops Calif. Toddler's Kidnappers Sought By Cops

Police have announced the names of two suspects who they believe executed the abduction of Briant Rodriguez on May 3, 2009. Cops say Israel Moreno, 28, and his partner-in-crime, Liberato Vega, 30, were the two men who broke into Briant's home in San Bernardino, Calif. and tied up his family before kidnapping the 3-year-old boy. While Briant was recovered on May 15, 2009, Moreno and Vega are still at large.
