Cops: Alleged Killer, Drug Runner On The Lam
In October of 1996, cops say a manager at an Amarillo apartment complex was doing a routine check of the parking lot when she noticed a car without a parking sticker. Upon further inspection of the vehicle, the manager was overwhelmed by a pungent odor and discovered fluid dripping from the trunk. Once police popped the trunk, they made a shocking discovery: a rotting corpse.
