Robert Finley has been on the run since he escaped from the Kissimmee Work Release Center in Florida in 1979. Cops say Finley was arrested several times after the escape, but he used an alias to slip through their fingers. Now the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement has placed him on a list of cold cases they're determined to solve.
