The FBI in San Diego needs help tracking down Juan Laureano-Arvizu, an outstanding member of the Chula Vista, Calif., street gang known as Los Palillos, or "The Toothpicks." Police say the gang posed as cops to kidnap wealthy businessmen to finance their illegal drug ring. Los Palillos have killed at least nine people, and cops say they dissolved some of their victims' bodies in acid.
