Mario Garcia police Police: California Man Killed Over Tools

Juan Ramon Perez worked construction in the Southern California seaside town of San Juan Capistrano. In 2002, Juan leant a fellow construction worker, Mario Garcia, some of his tools. Cops say when Juan asked for them to be returned, Garcia shot him to death and went on the run.
