The National Gang Targeting, Enforcement and Coordination Center (GangTECC) has announced the newest addition to their Most Wanted list: Juan Carlos Valdez. U.S. Marshals tell AMW that the Dallas gangbanger shot and killed a man in cold blood after an altercation.
