After a week of searching for missing Florida State University grad student Vincent Binder, the investigation took a new twist. Police have linked Binder's disappearance to three Louisiana escapees who apparently traveled through Tallahassee. U.S. Marshals arrested the Louisiana fugitives in Miami, but they still need your help in finding Vincent.
