A new detective on the case has made it his mission to track down Jessica's boyfriend and accused killer -- Daniel Carlos Rendon. They think Rendon -- now 32 years old -- could be traveling between the U.S.-Mexico border. Now they need your tips to haul Rendon in and finally bring him to justice.
