Mario Talavera cops Cops: Dangerous Juarez Cartel Gang Member On The Run

Cops in New Mexico are looking for 28-year-old Mario Jerardo Talavera. They say he walked away from a halfway house while he was being investigated for being part of a drug smuggling ring. The incident happend in February 2009, right when he was being charged with the kidnapping and murder of another man back in 2008.
