Jose Palomino,Jose Arturo Arguiello | fugitive Florida Troopers: Fugitive Ran Down Young Mom, Fled

It was an awful crash. The Florida Highway Patrol says a 2009 accident on I-95 left a young mother dead at the hands of Jose Arturo Palomino, a driver who'd lost control of a sports car.
