Andy was adopted by the Moore family from Vietnam in 1974.
He loved the outdoors, and after a summer in California, he knew that's where he wanted to live.
On Sept. 8, 2000, someone murdered Andy in his apartment.
Police say his 1994 Suzuki Kantana motorcycle was stolen.
The motorcycle was recovered about a month later, but Andy's killer has not been identified.
