Texas Serial Rapist Targeting Sorority Women

They are proud of who they are and their personal accomplishment and triumphs. Like many women who are members of traditional black sororities, many have overcome obstacles to gain higher education. But now, for the women in the Delta Sigma Theta sorority, they are facing their biggest difficulty yet, because they are the target of a serial rapist.
