Repeat Offender Located and Arrested
The Phoenix Police Department arrested Gregory Mitchell on March 2, 2012, after receiving information regarding the whereabouts of his employment. Mitchell had been using the alias Wayne Harrington since 2008.
Mitchell is facing charges for failing to register as a sex offender as well as being charged with sexual assault for allegedly threatening his girlfriend at knifepoint. Mitchell has two additional misdemeanor warrants out of Phoenix as well.
