Cops Hunt "Little Saigon Hoodlums" Gang Leader

Westminster, Calif., located just south of Los Angeles, has been known since the 1970's for it's Vietnamese population. Recently, Westminster has become known for something else -- it's growing gang problem. Cops say after Cong Chi Le, the gang's ringleader, orchestrated an attack on a rival gang, he fled, but not before firing on police. Now, they need your help in tracking him down.
