Authorities in Canada are on the hunt for Guo Wu, a man who they say is a career criminal and professional conman. Cops say after Wu and a team of seven men kidnapped two friends from a home outside of Toranto. With one of the friends being returned home safely and the other dying while in captivity, authorities need your help in tracking down Guo Wu.
