Oscar Menjivar-Herrera is wanted for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl. He was arrested by the U.S. Marshals in Florida, but escaped custody while be extradited back to Omaha, NE. Authorities tell AMW that Menjivar-Herrera has most likely fled back to El Salvador, and has re-established himself with his family.
