Police in Omaha, Neb. broke the news to Amber Harris' parents that the skeletal remains they'd found in a shallow grave a week earlier were, in fact, their daughter's.
The remains were found in Hummel Park on May 11, 2006, but police could not confirm the identity of the remains until DNA testing was done.
The results of the testing came back on May 19, 2006 and positively identified them as Amber's.
