Authorities in Tennessee have issued an AMBER alert for 16-month-old Neveah Nicole McMinnis who was last seen on February 9, 2006. Officials say Neveah's mother dropped the baby off at her grandmother's house on her way to the hospital because she thought she was going into labor. When Neveah's mother went back to the house after being checked out by doctors, Neveah and her grandmother, Harriet Lenora McMinnis, were gone.
Cops say the pair may be traveling in a 1992 blue Buick Century with Tennessee license plate EDA491. Neveah is 37 inches tall and weighs 38 pounds. She was wearing a tigger outfit with black and orange stripe pants and has pierced ears with sapphire earrings. Harriet McMinnis is a 28-year-old white female with brown hair and green eyes. She is 5 feet six inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
