Who Will Ultimately Care For This Little Girl?
Court hearings have determined Natasha's aunt, Shelly Cunnings, will most likely regain custody rights of her niece.
Officials arrested Jennifer Cunnings on October 9, 2006. They say she attempted to sell her sister's SUV to drug dealers for a crack cocaine debt.
Police have charged Cunnings with auto theft and kidnapping.
