Cops Fear The Worst For Arizona Boy

Authorities in Tucson, Arizona are currently searching for the remains of Tyler Payne, the brother of a little girl who was found dead in a storage locker on February 18, 2007.  Tyler's father, Christopher Payne was arrested on March 1, 2007 on first degree murder charges when police tied him to the Jane Doe at the storage facility, his own daughter, Ariana.  Now, subsequent murder charges have been filed against Payne in the murder of his son, Tyler.

Tucson police have also arrested Reina Gonzalez, Payne's live-in girlfriend.  Gonzalez now faces one count of child abuse in relation to Ariana's homicide investigation.  Payne was arrested on March 1, 2007 on one count of first-degree murder and is currently in jail on a $1,500,000 bond.

Police have confirmed that Tyler Payne is Christopher Payne's child from a previous marriage.   Tyler remains have not been located and authorities believe that he, like his sister, is a victim of foul play.
