Missing Girl Recovered In Mexico


Eight-year-old Lydia Bethany-Rose Rupp, who was missing from her Nevada home for a week, has been safely recovered in Ensenada, Mexico by Mexican authorities. Cops say the man who kidnapped her, convicted sex offender Fernando Ayala, is behind bars.
