Brothers Recovered, Mom Arrested and Charged


Authorities in Oregon have located two missing brothers who vanished from their Salem home on September 23, 2005. Justin and Jonah Quintero were found safe in Picacho, Arizona. On December 9, 2005, officials with the Pinela County Sheriff's Office in Arizona picked up the children's mother, Victoria Quintero, on a warrant for custodial interference.

One-year-old Jonah was found at a relative's home and 5-year-old Justin was located at school. Now, the boys are in protective custody and their mother is facing criminal charges.
