Police Locate Missing Toddler
Police in Davenport breathed a collective sigh of relief after locating one-year-old Arisbeth Tapia Martinez safely at her grandparents' home in Waukegan, Illinois.
According to police, the suspect, Juan Tapia, dropped Arisbeth off unharmed and fled. Police are still looking for Tapia on outstanding felony warrants.
Additional kidnapping charges are currently being processed.
