Police say the two girls who went missing November 2, 2005 have been safely recovered. Thirteen-year-old Grace Freymiller and 10-year-old Amanda Quaglino had reportedly spent the night hiding out in Brown's Canyon -- a hiking trail in Chatsworth, Calif.
Officials say they spent the night searching frantically for the girls, using a police helicopter and search teams.
But the next day, police found the girls in Brown's Canyon, a hiking trail in Chatsworth. Police say they tracked down the girls after coming across a horse blanket and footprints.
One of the girls had reportedly argued with her mother, possibly triggering the runaways' overnight stint as missing children.
