Ohio Boy Found Safe; Suspects Arrested


A 17-month-old boy who was the subject of a nation-wide AMBER alert has been found safe in Cleves, Ohio.

Thanks to an Ohio tipster, authorities were able to locate Marcos Richmond in Cleves, Ohio. His alleged abductors were arrested and are in custody. Marcos was unharmed and is now back home with his parents.
