Texas Toddler Found Safe


Authorities cancelled an AMBER alert for 2-year-old Texas girl after she was returned to her parents. Briana Bell, who police believed was taken by her 16-year-old cousin Alexess McCray, was found safe, and authorities say the investigation into her disappearance is ongoing.

Briana was returned to Dallas relatives December 15, 2005 and appeared to be in good health.
