A South Carolina AMBER Alert has been canceled for 10-year-old Tylameka Shantell Hines after she was found safe in Georgia. Authorities received word about the 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix being parked outside a Georgia motel. Officers responded to the motel in Forsyth, Georgia and located Tylameka Shantell Hines and Keonte Lavale Hines.
The motel room had been rented in the name of Keonte Hines. According to the Forsyth Police Officers, Keonte Hines paid for the room with cash and had attempted to use the grandmother's ATM card. Keonte Hines will be extradited from Georgia to face charges of assault and battery with intent to kill and grand larceny.
