Thirteen-year-old Natasha Browne who disappeared March 3, 2006 and then sent her mother chilling text messages about a possible abduction has been found safe in New York City, police say. According to Jersey City, New Jersey police, Natasha was located in New York City on March 8, 2006 and appeared unharmed.
