Police say they were called to the lake after fisherman spotted a car matching the description of Wade's. The car was pulled from Goose Creek Lake near Ste. Genevieve, where Wade was last seen at a party. The car is the same model and color as Wade Lurk's white 1990 Nissan Stanza, and the license plate numbers also matched, officials say.

Police say Wade's disappearance and death appear to be a tragic accident, but they are continuing to pursue all avenues.
