AMBER Alert Cancelled; Teen Found Safe


Florida officials have cancelled an AMBER alert for 13-year-old Marlen Brito after she was safely recovered. Police located Marlen in Marietta, Georgia after a tipster spotted the teen at a local gas station.

Twenty-five-year-old Juan Martinez-San Augestino was taken into custody and is being held on a fugitive warrant for interference with child custody. He has multiple additional charges pending.

Marlen will be transported back to Florida and reunited with her family.
