The Davis family is overjoyed that their granddaughter Kelsie is home safe, but still fear for the life of their daughter, Misty, who was last seen leaving with Nicolas Harbison on the morning of July 18, 2006. Indiana State Police have charged Harbison with murdering three people in a remote cornfield, and with attempting to kill a fourth person.

She claimed that she did not know Harbison was on the run from murder charges until they saw his picture come up on AMW's 15 Seconds of Shame.

However, Joyce Harbison was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with assisting a criminal and false informing. Indiana authorities say she paid for hotel rooms whie on the run with her stepson and even used an alias to check in.
